No surprise hikes

The 2.7% isn't permanent. Here's when it would change — and how you'd hear about it.

MNO costs change

If MTN, Airtel, or Zamtel materially change what they charge Senda per transaction, the rate is reviewed.

Volume merits a discount

If you're processing real volume, you can negotiate. Self-serve stays at 2.7%; talk to sales above 500K ZMW/mo.

Unit economics drift

If observed costs make Senda lose money on the average charge, we revisit before the math forces our hand.

90-day notice, always

Existing merchants get 90 days' notice before any rate change. No silent updates buried in a ToS revision.
